We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to actively acquire new customers and grow our sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, meeting clients, and closing deals in the IT and networking industry.
๐ฅ Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and acquire new customers (SME, enterprise, partners)
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product presentations
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable IT/networking solutions
- Work closely with technical team for solution design and delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain good relationship with new and existing clients
๐ง Requirements
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- Confident in communication, negotiation, and closing deals
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
- Basic understanding of IT / networking is a plus (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
๐ฏ Preferred
- 1โ3 years sales experience (IT / B2B preferred)
- Fresh graduates with strong sales mindset are welcome
